SAFE BY DESIGN
The Bitcoin ATM terminal only communicates with the server via HTTPS. The CRYPTOMATIC server communicates with cryptocurrency exchanges and hot wallets. The ATM itself does not store cryptocurrency and it is the server that takes care of it. ATM hot wallets can be online or self-hosted, e.g. B. a Bitcoin core wallet running on the same server.
NO VOLATILITY RISKS
Unlike other Bitcoin ATMs, purchases are made on the configured cryptocurrency exchange at the time of cashless purchase. This reduces the volatility risk for an operator.
REMOTE SOFTWARE UPGRADE
Future software updates will be distributed over the Internet without user intervention. This significantly reduces operating costs, as no personal visit to the ATM is required to upgrade the machine.
