Unidirectional ATM
COBRA Basic models are unidirectional. This means that the ATM will convert cash to cryptocurrency only. If you require a bi-directional machine (crypto to cash and cash to crypto) we suggest you look at our COBRA ADVANCE.

SAFE BY DESIGN
The Bitcoin ATM terminal only communicates with the server via HTTPS. The CRYPTOMATIC server communicates with cryptocurrency exchanges and hot wallets. The ATM itself does not store cryptocurrency and it is the server that takes care of it. ATM hot wallets can be online or self-hosted, e.g. B. a Bitcoin core wallet running on the same server.

NO VOLATILITY RISKS
Unlike other Bitcoin ATMs, purchases are made on the configured cryptocurrency exchange at the time of cash deposit. This reduces the volatility risk for an operator. The operators can also opt for a standalone mode without exchange. This is ideal for those who already own the Bitcoin they want to sell. Exchange rates are updated every 30 seconds.

REMOTE MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING
The terminal configuration is retrieved from the server by the ATM. The configuration options on the server include the status of the online terminal, the current contents of the cash register, the exchange rate, the limit values ​​for cash transactions (per hour, per day and per month), customer behavior, executed transactions and their status. The server sends end user email notifications to the operator of certain events, e.g. B. when transactions are carried out or when a certain amount of money has been reached in the terminal.

REMOTE SOFTWARE UPGRADE
Future software updates will be distributed over the Internet without user intervention. This significantly reduces operating costs, as no personal visit to the ATM is required to upgrade the machine.

AML AND KYC
The customer's identity can (optionally) be verified using the fingerprint reader, cell phone number verification, ID card scan or selfie verification to increase the cash limit. The AML / KYC laws differ around the world, but CRYPTOMATIC is the only manufacturer that is flexible enough to meet even the strictest AML / KYC regulations.

MESSAGES
Your ATM can notify you when the cash inside the ATM reaches a certain threshold, when the ATM is offline for more than an hour, or when a transaction has been completed. That way you know exactly what's going on with your ATM, wherever you are.
